Terms of Service

GetNamed is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) visibility tracking and optimization service. It tracks how often your app, product or website is mentioned when people ask AI assistants — such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek and Meta AI — for recommendations in your category, and it helps you get cited more often: surfacing the gaps and, on higher tiers, preparing on-brand content and opt-in outreach that you approve.

The Service reports on publicly observable AI outputs and related search signals. It is an analytics and informational tool only. We do not control, operate or influence any third-party AI engine or search product, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current.

Sign-in is provided through Google OAuth and/or email. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that are used unlawfully, or that put the Service or other users at risk.

You agree not to:

• use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or violate the terms of any third-party platform;
• attempt to access, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure beyond your plan’s intended use;
• track apps, domains or properties that you do not own or are not authorized to monitor, in a way that violates another party’s rights;
• resell, sublicense or share access to the Service except as expressly permitted.

GetNamed is offered on a free tier and paid subscription tiers: Free, Grow ($49 / month) and Autopilot ($199 / month). Plan features are described on our pricing page.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Creem, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you also agree to Creem’s terms and authorize Creem to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan remains active until the end of the current period. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You retain ownership of the apps, domains and information you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that information solely to operate and improve the Service for you. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service relies on third parties to function, including hosting and edge infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery, AI engines and search-data providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or practices of those third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

The data, scores, suggestions and insights provided by the Service are for informational purposes only. AI engines and search products change frequently and are outside our control.

We do not guarantee any particular ranking, citation, inclusion, traffic or business outcome, and we do not guarantee that following any suggestion will cause your product to be mentioned, cited or recommended by any AI engine. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetNamed will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be specified], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
