Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancel whenever you like, and ask us for a refund within 7 days if a paid plan isn't right for you.

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for GetNamed paid subscriptions. Billing and refunds are processed by Creem, our third-party payment processor.
1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. When you cancel, your plan stops renewing and you keep access to your current tier until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your account moves to the Free tier (or becomes inactive if you choose to close it).
2. Default refund terms
Because subscriptions give you ongoing access for the full period you pay for, we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods by default, and renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period has begun. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund a period you have already used.
3. 7-day satisfaction window
We want you to be happy with GetNamed. If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, email support@getnamed.io within 7 days of your initial purchase and we will review your request for a refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Creem.
4. Free tier
The Free tier involves no payment, so no refunds apply. You can stop using it or upgrade at any time.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@getnamed.io from the address on your account and include the email you used to subscribe. Once a refund is approved, the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on Creem and your bank or card issuer.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or consumer rights you may have under the laws that apply to you.
