Privacy Policy

• Account data — your email address and, if you sign in with Google, basic profile information returned by Google OAuth (name, email, avatar).
• Tracking inputs — the apps, products and domains you submit for visibility tracking, and the categories or queries you choose to monitor.
• Usage data — how you interact with the Service (features used, requests made, timestamps), and limited technical data such as IP address and device/browser information used for security and reliability.
• Billing data — your subscription tier and status. Payment card details are collected and stored by Creem, our payment processor, not by us.

• to provide, operate and secure the Service and your account;
• to run visibility measurements against AI engines and search-data sources for the apps and domains you ask us to track;
• to process subscriptions, send service and billing notices, and provide support;
• to maintain, debug and improve the Service and prevent abuse;
• to comply with legal obligations.

We share data with the following service providers only as needed to run the Service:

• Cloudflare — hosting, edge delivery, database and storage infrastructure.
• Creem — subscription billing and payment processing.
• Resend — transactional and report email delivery.
• OpenRouter and DataForSEO — AI-engine and search-data providers used to perform visibility measurements.
• Google — OAuth sign-in (when you choose to sign in with Google).

These providers process data under their own terms and security commitments. We do not authorize them to use your data for their own unrelated purposes.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service securely. We do not use cookies to sell your data or to build advertising profiles. Where we use any analytics, it is to understand aggregate product usage and improve the Service.

We keep your account and tracking data for as long as your account is active. Historical tracking history is retained according to your plan tier (higher tiers keep longer history). When you delete your account, or after a reasonable period following closure, we delete or anonymize your personal data, except where we must retain certain records to comply with legal, tax or accounting obligations.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@getnamed.io and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also close your account at any time.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Data is shared only with the processors listed above to run the Service, or where required by law.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to limit access to it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
